Lane's End Decorative Arts

Although basically a one woman operation, I have been fortunate to employ some great assistants, and collaborate with terrific Interior Designers.  One of those Assistants is my daughter, Amy, who is particularly gifted in wall glazes. Other Assistants have actually been Art Students, serving an Internship.  I can furnish many references from both Designers and Clients upon request.

  It is funny how the young assistants should be up in the scaffolds but, no, the old lady is the only one who is not afraid, or at least pretends not to be!

I have an extensive background in Fine Art.  My first painting classes , at age 10, were from my Aunt, who taught Oil Painting  in her Studio.  I went on to Major in Art at Rowan University, and later transfered to Pratt Institute, in NYC.  I studied  Fine Art Painting and Drawing, as well as Art History.  I have also attended Studio Classes at The NJ  Art Institute in Summit. Now I am constantly learning and experimenting in the Decorative Arts.
